i am running W7 ultimate All of the sudden my Windows Update stopped working. When I start it, it just keep saying from last month

(There are no updates available for your computer) what i suppose to do? from past month i have downloaded thousands of software installed/uninstalled still no updates r available i noticed when my game's sound stopped working, help will be appreciated

Do a quick search on Microsoft's website for FixIt 50202. I've had to run this on a few Vista machines at work to fix problems when they stopped checking into WSUS to get their updates.
