Problem with updating graphic card

hi there
i found out that i have to update my driver but anytime i do it my pc keeps the old files
and nothing changes
should i use a software ?
what should i do now ?????
please help me

Download your new Graphics Drivers.
Download Driver Sweeper
Boot to Safe Mode.
Uninstall old drivers with Driver Sweeper.
Install New Drivers.
Re-boot.

i didn't update them in safe mode and 10 mins ago after 20min of playing i got another bsod
the development made me happy.
