Problem with Virtual DJ sound driver please help??

I can listen to music but when I want to mix music I use Virtual DJ, but all of a sudden there is a problem can someone please help me? See screen shot

Two suggestions. (1) Since this just happened, use the System Restore and restore back to a date when it did work properly. If that doesn't help (2) reinstall the application program.
