What did you try, and exactly what happened?

We can't help you if we don't know the exact failure point, error message or other information besides the lame "It didn't help."

Plug in by ethernet cable, run Windows Updates to install all Important and Optional Updates after enabling Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3). Make sure the wireless is turned on, check if driver is installed and working in Device Manager.

If the problem still exists after a full format and reinstall of windows, then it sounds like a hardware problem, try a USB wifi stick or get the the wifi card in the laptop replaced

Does it say both Adapters are working in Device Manager?

In Control Panel>Network and SHaring Center>Change Adapter settings, are both adapters enabled?

When you hover the mouse over the connection icon in bottom-right System Tray, what does it say?

Rightclick on the connection icon in bottom-right System Tray, run Troubleshooter.

when i go to troubleshooter it says that a cable is not correct connected or it is broken... and yes, both devices are enabled, so why that is happening??? all cables are correct connected, and they are not broken...

Try another cable. Try another PC with the same cable to the same modem/router to confirm it's working.

Do you have the wireless driver installed and can it detect a network? In Change Adapter Settings disable the Ethernet adapter (Local Area Connection) to rightclick and Diagnose the wireless adapter.

Troubleshooting these issues takes the utmost thoroughness, so when I ask you four questions in a post and you reply to only one you are cutting your chances of getting it fixed by 75% in that post alone.

Yes, i checked that today, it says that both devices are working, and at wifi icon it was a red << x >>. when i try Troubleshooter it says : One of the cable is not good connected or it is broken. (but when i open the case everything was okay)

When i use troubleshooter it says that a cable is not connected or it is broken, and yes, both devices are working! but how is that possible to stop working wifi and ethernet at the same time? and why when i go to sleep mode after that everything is working perfect???

Run only the wireless troubleshooter after first disabling the Local Area Connection in Control Panel>Netwrk Sharing Center>Change Adapter settings. Rightclick Wireless adapter to troubleshoot.

What happens when you place the mouse cursor on the connection icon in System tray, left click to connect to network if available, or rightclick to run its Troubleshooter.

Sounds like it could likely be the network card driver. You may want to try an updated version, if there is one (and if this is the correct page for your card, of course): Drivers for Atheros AR5B97 and Windows 7

Czech site, but the software isn't Czech-only or anything. I recently updated my own from there.

Sounding more and more like a hardware problem then. Check Device Manager on the status of your wireless and ethernet adapters. If that looks good, then I'd try connecting someone else's computer to your network. If theirs works fine, then it's your router. Otherwise I'd suspect your network card(s).
