Problem With win7 task scheduler

hi, bros.
I've create a task that runs multiple programs at specific time.
I've configured the same in the attachment pic.
But, at that time, it ran only topmost item in the action list.

It runs other item only when that program is terminated.
How can i do to run this item simultaneously.

I suspect that's the way the scheduler is supposed to work, sequential within a single task.

Create 4 tasks, all set for the same time might work. If not stagger them by as little time as possible.
