Hi friends

Am using windows 7 Ultimate OS to My Lap. am facing Lot of problems with that. After installing Kasper sky Internet Security am loosing my operating system. can you please help me out in this?

Remove Kaspersky. Do you have the win 7 dvd? if so you can probably run a repair install but we need a lot more info to be sure

As Ken has explained we need a little more info. In what way are you losing your OS? Symptoms & behaviour would be to an advantage :)

Replace Kapersky with Microsoft Security Essentials which is much leaner on system resources. Microsoft Security Essentials

Please explain the exact problems.

You can often see what is causing problems in the Event Viewer. Type Event Viewer in Start Search box above start button. Click on result. Choose Administrative View, study the repeat Errors, google some of the text and ID# to find out how others have resolved them. Or ask back here.
