Problem with Windows Easy Transfer

Trying to transfer from XP-Pro to Win 7 Ult. and had no problems with the creation of the "easy transfer" files which I put onto an external hard drive. When I try to transfer the files from the hard drive to my Win 7 Ult. machine, I get an error message "insufficient disk space available". But the Win 7 machine is a new PC with over 320 GB free disk space (when I check its "properties"). What gives?? The files I am transferring only total about 15 GB, so there should be lots of space. Appreciate any help on this...I have tons of pics, etc. that I want to put on my new PC.

Sorry to hear you are having problems!

Can you please post a screenshot of Disk Management? Right click on Computer, then choose manage from that context menu... It may help us solve your issue@!
