Solved Problem with windows

Hello. Today i installed some programs to check registry for errors. After they finished their jobs, i restarted windows. When i did that, a strange problem appeared. As i am using windows 7 ultimate sp 1, with gadgets on screen, i saw that processor was constantly using over 50% of itself, going up to 100% most of the time. I went to resource manager, and there i saw system interrupts process using over 50% of processor. I was thinking there may be a driver related problem, so i ran some programs, but with no success. Then, i saw on the internet the program dpc latency checker. Ran it, and it showed only red bars, together with a message saying that i have problems with some of my drivers, and to go to devices manager and disable one by one, then enable each, to find the problem. Did that for each, but with no success. Also, i uninstalled my antivirus, bitdefender, and also ati control center, but my problem still went. Also, i tried to run my computer in safe mode, but that interrrupt still appeared, using an average of 50-70% of my processor. I forgot to mention that, in 10-15 minutes after i open computer, i get a BSOD with some windows closed unexpectedly because of a program etc. pointing to the program: "kernel_data_inpage_error", and the BSOD remained till i restarted windows. Also, the computer takes a lot of time to load all its processes before i can use it, like 4-5 mins, and even the image with windows 7 that loads before desktop appears, the one in black screen with 4 squares animatedly coming to form its logo, takes a lot of time to load before getting to desktop. What should i do, apart from reinstaling windows, to get it back to normal? Thanks in advance!

Restore your registry using the same program you shouldn't have used at all to "check the registry for errors". I assume you backed up your registry when that program gave you the opportunity.

If not, use Windows System Restore to a time prior to installing that program.

When you finish, sit down and resolve to resist the temptation to fiddle with the registry. What good did it do you?

If the goal was to ruin your OS, you'd run a Registry Cleaner other than CCleaner.

Ok, so i ran windows system restore and restored it to the state of yesterday. But still, i get my processor used by this process called system interrupt. Then, i ran sfc /scannow, but it showed my the files are ok. Forgot to tell you, when i am moving the mouse on the screen, or just typing, i get lags, (for example, the mouse stops for 1-2 seconds on the screen, then continues its way). In addition, when i introduce sticks on computer, the icon for them to access does not appear in My computer, along with the other devices. I tried to scan computer using both malware bytes and MSE, but it showed no virus. Also, i went to msconfig, disabled all services and startup programs, but i still get this problem. Then, i went to event viewer, and say several errors, and i saved them, in the .rar here. Hope this helps. Waiting for future answer and thanks in advance
EDIT: i also checked device manager, but i did not see any error. At least, now, the computer does not show the BSOD after 10-15 mins, as it used to do before.
EDIT 2: my computer just crashed after 25 minutes of being open. I did not have any BSOD, it just restarted.

I can't view the MTA file inside that RAR, but it probably doesn't matter.

Are you satisfied that System Restore got rid of those registry programs?

Did you have this high processor usage issue BEFORE you installed those registry programs?

Take a look at Device Manager, particularly in the IDE controller and hard drive area. Do you see any errors (yellow indicators)?? Do you see any duplicate entries there?

I have no idea what you mean by "sticks on computer".

I have no idea what you mean by "sticks on computer".

By stick i mean memory USB stick, with 4 gb capacity. I did not have this high processor usage before i installed those programs. Well, since my problem is not fxed, i cannot say i am satisfied. I do not know why the rar did not work, i will send another rar again. If this does not work, then tell me, to simply copy paste the errs i have. For example, i have a lot of errors with: The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, is not ready for access yet.

I can see the Event Viewer stuff now, but I'm not really competent to analyze it. I notice a lot of the errors are disk errors.

Can you comment on the other questions I asked re Device Manager, specifically?

Test your RAM and HD using the links in the Troubleshooting tutorial I posted earlier. Work through the other steps to establish a clean boot, google repeat errors to find out how to resolve them, and use System resources to help with your problem.

Regarding your question, i did not see any yellow indicator in any area. But that does not matter, at least for the moment, because i finally managed to fix up my computer. I scanned the hard disk for errors, ran a mem98 scan(2 passes, because i could not keep my computer opened the entire night), both without problems. Then, when i entered on desktop, i saw my updates received a critical update from windows, ran it, updated my computer, it added some things into registry, i do not know what things, and after i restarted my computer, everything went fine. I looked at the resource manager, and saw that the process which used to have an average of over 40% of my processor, System Interrupts, now has an average of 1.5% usage. Thank you a lot for your help!
If i encounter problems again, i will not hesitate to ask you!

Glad to hear it, Emily.

There are quite a few performance updates now for Win7 since SP1 which do need to be kept current. It seems like one was aimed at your problem.

This is another good reason for us to keep our Updates current, both Optional and Important.
