Problem with Yahoo email

I have made yahoo my default email through firefox BUT when I am on a website such as craigslist and I click the link to send the email, it takes me to me email but it in the email address line it has the email address and subject. How can I get rid of this? I will attach an example screen shot. Thanks in advance!

Hi mikka Welcome to Sevenforums

Welcome to the wonderful world of Yahoo not supporting Firefox properly. I have struggled with this exact problem for years.

HOWEVER! There is a solution You just need Windows Live Mail which can be got from here: Windows Live Essentials (it will try to install a load of stuff, just uncheck it all apart from Mail)

Then follow the guide here: Setup Yahoo! Mail in Windows Live Mail to configure your Email account in WLM.

Finally, restart WLM so it asks you to set it as Default. Once that has done, it should work fine. You can use WLM as your Email client, and it won't break the Subject line.

I thought there was a simpler way to fix it. When I had Vista I fixed it somehow but I don't remember how. There is no way to do it without having to go through WLM?

Does this just happen on craigslist? Or other sites as well?

I tried it in freecycle and it just put the email address. I am thinking it is just with craigslist. Thats how it was last time this happened.
