Problem.

I got a new connection yesterday because the old one was kind of messed up and the modem got attacked quite much.
Apparently i'm seeying the same symptoms with my new connection and i can't really find any trace of keyloggers.
Is it possible that my win7 user account got hacked when i was on my old connection?
Judging by all the previous trouble i've had since quite a long time.

There is going to be some level of activity whenever you are connected.
It's really hard to say what's going on in your instance without some more information in general.

My guess is you are being paranoid though.
If you really think you may be infected I suggest using the free version of MBAM in safe mode with networking to update and run a full scan.
