Probleme with some video files

Ok in my case its mkv that cause probleme because when I download some mkv they fine but the things is that I cant move them or delete them normaly the only way I found is to delete them with unlocker but its a pain in the *** to always go throught this just to delete/move a file. Before someone tells me to to use cmd or to take ownership I stop you here it doesnt work for me. and even if it would I want to be able to move/delete them as normal like any other video file I have.
