Solved Problems downloading from JVC

Have tried many times to download a file of User Manual for MiniCam GRD340.
The file is very slow to come and stops just before completion and turns itself off.
Wonder if this is site overload or is Win 7 security interfering (firewall and everything used) Thanks

Very many thanks for quick reply and solution. I can only assume that my 3 dongle which I am using at the moment was the culprit, the3 file amounted to 281 mb but the download always stopped at 249 ota.
