problems in office 2003

EVery time i try to save a document in office or excell 2003 i get the blue screen of death i hve re loaded office tried restore and removed recent programs still unsolved will save in safe mode only problem no internet or sound so working is very slow. tried to get blue scren code but dissapears to quick is there any way i can halt screen to view and write down code so i can post it
