problems in windows 7

hello everybody... i have some problems in windows 7 and i hope to help me to solve it
First) when i press on favorites link in windows explorer, does not appear sub menu as in computer or libraries links

Second) when i pin a program to taskbar, there is no program appear in that bar

Third) when i press on the arrow that existing in start minu like this

it doesn't appear sub menu on the right side the tell me the last opened files on that program
Fourth) when i press right click on computer and then manage, appear that massage

How long has the issue been happening ?
Which Security do you have installed and what does Hotspot shield belong to ?
Are you using a wifi network or wired ?
The issue seems so odd it's most likely a third party utility problem, post any new ones or any you have installed/ ccleaner....
Most of this might be fixed via your last issue,
Use the download all zip listed in the Note,

All of these problems were because i have Favorites Empty in Navigation Pane

i delete the "IsShorcut" string value from the registry and when i return this value, all of this problems are solved
but i have one question
i delete that value because i do not like the arrows in the corner of the icons,
how can remove these arrows without the occurrence of these problems?

Are you talking about these arrows ? Or are you talking about desktop icons ?

Try this after right click on Favorites.

Glad the issue was resolved with Brink's tutorial,
I have no idea how to remove the arrows, AddRam or whs might ?
Favorites is a folder with other folders inside or links to other areas of your personal files which should also have a Public listing as well,
This is the default Favorites listings that I have,

I use Vista Visual Master to remove icon arrows, I only keep game icons on my desktop anyway, I hate the clutter of icons.

There are quite a few free programs to remove them, here is Brink`s tutorial on how to do it.

Shawn's reg file in option three is probably the easiest, they all get the job done though.
