Hey everyone!

First of all i would apologize for my bad english, Im from holland.

So i recently got a new desktop computer for christmas, A very big upgrade from my last one so rushing as we all would. Out of the box and connect all the cables, All nice and well. You would think ey? As soon as i started in i inserted my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 disc, And set the boot options to boot from CD/DVD drive first. So i reboot and it loads up the installer just fine, Setting the language, Keyboard input language, Etc. So it starts and installs just fine, And when its done, It has to reboot the computer to finish the installation. Everything just fine so far, But when it got back to the installer, Poof.
Blue screen of death, Well ofcourse i give it another go.
But this time i make it all the way into windows, So i go ahead and install drivers and everything, Quick reboot in between. But once again, Blue screen of death.
And this keeps on happening after installing, But it now even happens while it is installing.
So it goes from bad to worse, Now i cant even boot it at all.
But sometimes (If i even manage to get it up to windows, After a succesfull install) I can just use Everything just fine, But when i reboot nothing works anymore.
So if anyone of you could assist me, That would be AWESOME.

You have to pull the Windows disk from the CD drawer after it starts reboot but before the bios reboots to the CD.
As soon as reboot starts push button on CD drawer to eject. Grab disk before drawer closes.
At this point disk is no longer needed. Put it back in the package.

You may have to reinstall or do a repair install. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html

Repair install same thing when it goes to reboot pull the disk.

If you are doing this already fine. Your posting indicated to me maybe you were not doing this. I was not sure. :D

That would probably be best to straighten things out.

If you leave the disk in starts to reinstall which messes the first install up.

So format as if you never did the first install and when it says it will reboot now... hit the eject button. You will have time to remove disk but not much.

Then you can get your drivers installed etc.

Have fun and good luck.

First of all i would apologize for my bad english, Im from holland.

Hi,

Well in my experience the Dutch speak better English than the native English speakers do, so welcome!

I think Hopolong is quite correct : its trying to reinstall again, and perhaps confusing itself. Follow his advice and we take it from there.

Astublief.

I am guessing something else is going on here to give you BSOD's, if you can get to them, uploading your dump files would help too.

All I'm saying is a BSOD is happening for some reason, and if you can access your dump files they can be examined here for possible causes.

Hopefully your next install goes smoothly. :)

Thank you.
My PC was not installed with any OS out of the box, As usually (From my experience) It doesn't go with so much trial and error (Mostly error here though)
I got the DVD from my dads PC, He never used it since he prefers Windows XP over Windows 7.
And wiping my hard drive doesn't matter, Because its empty already anyway.

No it isn't empty now.

You have Win 7 on it plus possibly multiple partial copies. Best I can figure you tried now at least 4 installs.
Three without a wipe or reformat just on top of the last one.
You need to wipe it and reformat the drive.

So follow what Myzr7 posted here.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/91339-ssd-hdd-optimize-windows-reinstallation.html

I thought it would wipe with regular re install but you need the more thorough method above.

Is that a retail DVD?

I thought you said you already installed partially, it really wont hurt to try what myzr7 has suggested, BSOD's are usually hardware or driver related.

If you can clear your drive and start fresh it may work.

Here's some info on your errors,

acpi.sys is corrupted

And the second one,

Fvevol.sys corrupted; Windows won't boot

First of all, Im going for diner.
And i forgot, Merry christmas!

I just managed to get it installed and completed, By pulling the disk out when its going to restart. So another point reached i would say.
I am now going to insert the Motherboard and Video card driver CD To install the drivers.
Wish me luck.

PS, I have no other half Windows 7 installations, I format the hard drive before i installed it the last time.
