Problems making choices everything moves

HI...
I having problems with either my mouse or the system.
If I go to All programs and open a folder everything moves down... and try to go up back again ... not only this if I browse a address in the address bar all move to the right so not stay still.
and same way to choose something in anyfolder eveything moves up or down...
If this behaviour is cause by the mouse or some files are corrupted???
windows 7 Pro 64bit I got... thanks in advance for everything...
