problems since upgrading help please

i have upgraded to windows7 ultimate and since doing so i cannot complete online forms and most of the time when im browsing i just keep getting internet explorer cannot display webpage and i also cannot upload photos on ebay when im selling can anybody help thanks

At the bottom of your post is a gray "My System Specs"....click on that....click on the blue link and fill at as completely as possible.....That said, are you getting a yellow bar popping up at the top of the web page?

Do you have any antivirus programs installed? If not Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
Download / update and run....also the amount of Ram/Memory would be useful

You can also switch from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. They are better in performance
