Without knowing the complete specs of your laptop then there's no way of answering that question reliably. If the 1GB of RAM is correct though that you have filled in in your System Specs then no, I doubt you'd be able to play PES13.

Look at the game requirements:

At least it says 1GB RAM as minimum, so I would expect it to run, albeit at the bare minimum settings. No idea about CPU/GPU aspects that are very much important, but don't expect great performance, or even it being smoothly playable. Netbooks are often poor when it comes to performance aspects.

With 1 gig of ram one is lucky the operating system runs with a anti virus program installed.

To tell you honestly, 1GB isn't enough. I'm surprised you don't get hiccups while surfing the net. I've had my system with 1GB for 4 years and the AV can't even run properly even with less programs running in the background.

I would imagine just by going by the fact that's it's a notebook with integrated graphics and 1gb. It might run and if it does at the lowest settings with the lowest resolution, will it run optimally? Probably not but it might run, only way to find out is trying it.
