Every time I try running Windows backup I get the following error message:
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Storage Folders. Error:(The system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003))

Instead of just ignoring the file it cannot find, it aborts the entire back up. I tried running the backup without including AppData and it still did the same thing. I tried only backing up documents and pictures only but still had same problem. I am using a Seagate Go Flex drive for the backup.

Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem? Thank you for your help in advance.
