problems window 7 64 bit

I have just bought a new system i7 4770 and asus z87-pro and 8 gig of ram installed windows 7 64bit and burning a dvd takes 47 mins go to windows 7 32 bit takes 9 mins seems to me 64 bit operating system is crap also have the same problem with windows 8 64 bit.why do 64 bit operating system don't work.

Sorry to hear you have problems with 64 Bit.

You could also try a different burning program.
Many people (myself included) don't have problems with 64 Bit.
