Problems with Blue Screen

Hello guys, I'm experiencing issue with Blue Screens, they happen all the time when i play video games (League of Legends and Skyrim) i've updated my drivers it didn't help, i reinstalled Windows, format my disks and it still keeps happening, when it happens my screen goes black and windows crashes while my pc is still working i have to restart it manually in order to get Windows back up again, after Windows loads and my Desktop opens i recieve this message:

Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown.

Then when i view the problem details it goes like this
