Solved Problems with installing NVIDIA Geforce gt520

hi all
i just bought a NVIDIA Geforce GT520 for my pc but when iinstall the drivers the hardware just givers an ! sign with it so its not correctly installed.
I tried installing other versions of the driver, even beta's , still it doesnt work...

can anyone help me with this ?

Addition:
i have this motherboard:
ASRock > Products > 775Dual-VSTA

and this videocard:
GeForce GT 520 - Specifications - GeForce

are they compatible ?

This was the fix because i have a asrock motherboard:
Disable 'PCIe Downstream Pipeline' and 'PCIe VC1 Request Queue' in the bios
