Problems with showing the files in picture mode

Since last week I cant see the file pictures in windows explorer. It shows always the icons!
I tried hard to look for the problems, as in the control panel and more
The file pctures are shown shortly ( for seconds) and then it switches back to the icon (in my case the photoshop icon).
I would be glad, if somebody will help me
