I am facing this problem that Real player free version, can not connect to internet, even though I have a connection and can easily surf on the internet. The program claims that I have no internet connection. I can play cds and mp3 with Real, but not able to download from Youtube, or see streaming files supporting Real. I tried to add the program to windows firewall, but Real program is not showing in the list of the programs, there are only Realplayer Converter and Reaplayer Trimmer.
I have removed the program, reinstalled it but the same happens again.
Similar problems I have with Trojan Remover trial version, that it can't update the definitions because it can not connect to internet.
Others programs are running fine, and I have even ran antispywares and antivirus to check if there are any malicious files on my laptop.
I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem.
