Problems with Start Menu not sticking

After new Windows 7 installation I installed Family Safety Live on 2 of my computers (I have a 3 pack Win7 Home).

Every since installing Family Safety, when I click on Start menu it stays up for 2 seconds and disappears, which disables me (Admin) and all users from being able to use it all together. It's becoming very annoying.

Family safety does have Program protection enabled with specified programs.

I'm also running Program control within Win7 itself.

I think it has something to do with Family safety but I went thru all the options and I couldn't figure anything out. I wonder if Family safety has issues dealing with 2 PCs, but I did notice that in the settings it recognized both computers.

Really weird.

I'm having the same problems with Family Safety on my Windows 7 computer. Did you get any solution?

When I switch the additional parental monitoring provider (maybe a bad translation; I have the Dutch version) off, then the Start Menu behaves normal again.

Also every few seconds there is a blink in the keyboard icon in the task bar. As if something restarts over and over again.
