Problems with WinTV PVR 150

Hello there. I have a WinTV PVR 150 card and it was working fine in Windows XP. However, since I installed Windows 7, the visuals are grainy and the audio is missing on the channels that don't have static. Those that have static do play the static sound. It seems to be a driver problem, but installing the latest driver from the Hauppauge website didn't help. I have the 32 bit version of Windows, and 2 gigs of memory, so that's not the issue. Can anyone help me?

Well if your getting a picture, even a bad one I don't think it's a driver. From what you are explaining it sounds more like your signal or it's connection isn't right.
Your card is compatible with Windows 7 according to this,

are you watching tv in media center or through their app?

Yes, I use Media Center, but I tried other apps and it's always the same.

And there is no difference in the signal/connection between now and when it was working, so that's not it.
