hey this might come across as rather stupid but wouldnt tweaking the files for a 64 bit OS just be a matter of tweaking the same files just out of the sysWOW 64 file?
I wouldn't know that question but put them both together and see what the difference is but you could always transfer the files in side the dll file with Restorator 2007 and replacing the ones in the 64 bit file!!
