I would like to know if a W8 Pro key can be used for either 32bit or 64 bit?

Are license keys tied to the OS bit structure?

Hello pscowboy,

Yep, you will be able to activate either the 32-bit or 64-bit version of your Windows with the same product key.

Of course, you can only have one activated at the same time.
