I've looked on the COA sticker, and it is blank. It might have worn away, but to me it looks like it never had anything on it, there is no trace of prinitng on the white area.

In that case, your only option is to see if you can order a set of Recovery disks for the machine from the manufacturer.
Such disks (on the correct machine) do not require input of a Key - but will wipe the drive clean.
