Program for hide the IP address?

I want a program, free or pay, that hides the IP address and functions well in Windows 7 64-bit.

if we're talking about web browsing mostly, you can get yourself a Tor integrated browser such as operator: OperaTor - Opera + Tor. Surf anonymously | Arche Twist

expect slower speeds than usual (the first 2-3 minutes might be very slow, while the browser is connecting to the tor network, but after that it's back to usually acceptable speeds).

There are several other options

I have tried all the programs that I you recommended. Unfortunately no one has passed the test. The test that I have done is this: I have opened rapidshare and I put in download a file. Therefore,While it was in the first File Download, I again reopened rapidshare to download another file: but rapidshare has always recognized my IP real despite the programmes me they had hidden.

I have no idea what your technical level is and wouldn't want to offend you, so I'll just ask that you explain exactly what you are trying to do, so that I can understand and comment on it

I'll just say this: you have to understand that those ip addresses you use with those programs are being used by a lot of people, and you're not the first who thought of using them to bypass rapidshare limits, so...

as an example, I just tested on operator with a rapidshare link, and it didn't let me download, saying my ip (the one given by operator, not my actual one) was already downloading a file

There are tons of them but I dont think any are 64 bit. most of them will run in win 7. There is hide my IP, all sorts of proxy servers. Are you looking to hide your ip for security while browsing?

@ hdfrango. No quiet, I do not providing: I am here to learn! Yes, I would hide the IP is for downloads from rapidshare and is to see the sport in streaming from the internet.

@ Ken: No only for the reasons that I have written above.

Hipe my Ip is bullet proof, and what I use. If you use firefox there is a plugin to hide your IP

the best I can recommend for free rapidshare users would be using a program such as jdownloader or usdownloader, that lets you copy paste links and takes care of waiting and launching downloads

other than that, if you just stick to proxies, you have no guarantee that those proxies won't have users already downloading from rapidshare

only real solution would be if you have a dynamic ip that changes each time you restart the modem, this way we could make it automatic

I have opted for ultra surf(works fine!). Not my IP does not work with Firefox.

I tried UltraSurt 9.92 and it appears to work. BUT when downloading through it the downloads almost always die by about 10% finished. What gives?
