Program in Startup wont run Min

Hey guys, I am trying to put a program in the start up folder to run MINAMIZED when I start up computer.. I have it working fine on my desktop and on my Laptop it is STUBURN! Any thoughts? I have the boxed checked to run program MIN and when I boot up its Maximized! The program in question is POSTBOX , Mail program! ANY HELP would be appreciated! Thank you in advanced!

box is located in Properties ( RUN MIN< RUN MAX<RUN NORMAL ) Drop Down .. Doesnt do anything either! Strange cause on my desktop running Win 7 64 bit it works fine!
