Program to cover taskbar

Does anyone know of a program that can cover the taskbar programs section? The Finderbar from https://sites.google.com/site/svenkarsten/mac-suite/finderbar does the job but it has the menus and is for small taskbars. If anyone could find one, I'd be very thankful.

You can hid the taskbar. Right click the taskbar, click properties and select auto hide. The taskbar will disappear and when you move the mouse over it it will reappear.

Yes but I want the task bar there so the programs don't go fullscreen. I think I'm going to have to make the taskbar transparent with Transbar and use something like rocket dock.

I have a small utility that sits in the Tray called Shift Kicker. You can set it to leave a gap of a certain percentage on a certain side of the screen when clicking the Maximize Button. It works even if Taskbar AutoHide is enabled. But you have to tell it which side of the screen to leave the gap. When Taskbar AutoHide is disabled it can detect which side has the Taskbar, but not when enabled. Run the program then Quit it to create an .ini file in the program's folder. Edit the .ini file for settings. See About Box and Readme.txt for settings.

To get the window to maximize normally, hold down the shift key while clicking the maximize button or double clicking the caption bar.

Note that it supports single monitor only.
