Program windows don't show and are unresponsive if they do

Hi.

The title is pretty much it. I've been trying to run an MBAM scan but that doesn't respond either.
Programs like MagicISO, Daemon, MBAM and Advanced SystemCare don't show up when launched. They can be found on the Task Manager processes though. They open after around half an hour and are unresponsive.
Shutting down takes way longer than it should. Mounting a .cue image of a .bin file on Daemon takes ages and never completes. MagicISO also has converting problems. I can't seem to go into Safe Mode as the F8 key doesn't seem to kick in during bootup.

So, I'm pretty much screwed.

Advance System Care by IObits has screwed up many computers.

Most have to do a Clean Install to fix the computers.

DaemonTools uses SPTD too which is a proven cause of countless BSODs, that should be cleaned out straight away.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and perform the following steps.
3. Double click the executable to open it.
4. Click the button shown below.

If the button it is grayed out as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system and you can just close the window.

I really don't think a clean install is an option right now.
I uninstalled all iObit software and did what you asked me to do about Daemon (the button wasn't highlighted).
