Programe that password protects other applications

Sometimes i dont lock my machine when i leave, sometimes i just don't feel like it, sometimes i let my bro play games using my user account and game profile, w.e.
anyone know of a program that can prevent an application from launching unless you type in a password?

just a few programs i don't want ppl launching in general without my consent:
utorrent, itunes, media player, thinderbird (yes i know you can pass protect individual email accounts),

I never heard that question, before. Most people would just log off, having it set for a password to log on, again. If someone else, normally, uses the computer, they would have their own account and settings. For whatever reason, you chose not to go that route, so to the best of my knowledge, what you want to do cannot be done.

There are utils which can do what you ask, but why rely on them since it's just extra bloat as compared to setting yourself a user account W7 password and logging off your own account whenever you leave your PC? :huh:
