Programs and aero

for the most part all my programs work fine with the aero effects. However my itunes and any video converter do not minimize and maximize from their pinned icons on the taskbar they also completely disappear when using aero peek, they dont have a border like other programs. any ideas as to why?

The program's you are running may not fully support windows 7 just yet.

your probably right, but i see no reason why itunes 9.0.2, which was released after win 7 wouldnt be fully compatible.
