Programs for System Performance???

I search for a program that likes sys. mech. or tune up. There are hdd defragment, ram defragment, unnecessary files cleaner (cache, temp, etc.), registry fix and optimiser, all of the system fix and optimizer, etc...
Which program can i use for Win 7 x64?
I hope that I can explain myself.

Most people here are suspicious of many of these programs because they can go too far and cause problems.

CCleaner is the one that gets the most recommendations.

I use ccleaner but it's simple program, just clean. I don't want to use sys mech I had some proplem whit it. The program has lots of stuff that i look for.
