Solved programs forgetting which display they were opened/closed from

I'll open notepad, drag it to my left display, close it and open it again only to have it open on my center display.
It just started doing this recently. Notepad use to always open where it was closed. The same applies to other programs. They'll be on the correct display for a half second then switch to the center display.

Ran both, no errors found.

I did find what was causing the issue. I have DisplayFusion Pro 8.1.2 installed. In the setting for Windows management tab, "move newly opened application to current monitor" was checked. I unchecked it and now my programs are opening where they were closed. I always had the settings at their default so I don't know why the problem just started. I just updated to version 8.1.2 from 8.1.1 and both version had the same problem.
