Programs not responding or Freezing.

Sometimes when i'm using any program it will randomly start Not Responding for about 30 seconds then go back to normal. Also whenever I play any games like SC2 or WoW it freezes and repeats the same sound for about 30-60 seconds. It's been doing this ever since I upgraded to Windows 7 from Windows XP. Is there any solution to this and do you want me to post my specs? Also it seems to do it most often when a lot is going on but any suggestions would be great.

Try to reinstall or update your graphic driver to see if it solve the problem. Also, you might want to update your directx, especially important when you play games.
