Programs running in task manager, but no applications

About two weeks ago, my computer would not bring up any of the programs I had running after I had opened it once.

For example, I would open firefox, and exit it by clicking the "X" in the top right corner. Later, I would click the firefox icon again to bring up the browser. However, The task manager added another firefox to the process list, but no firefox application was opened.

I can run everything right when I start the computer, but even when I haven't opened certain programs for a first time, it still won't let me run them.

I have already removed Malware and performed a clean boot.

Click here DDS

:ar: Click on Download Now button

:ar: When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

:ar: Right-click the DDS icon on the Desktop choose Run as administrator to run the tool.

:ar: Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
