Programs uninstall issue

Ever since Google Earth vanished into the ether, I can no longer uninstall programs. I just get this;

without the feedback button.

There a few references online but no solutions that I have found. Maybe it was a Vista bug?

I assumed you've restarted?

Check task manager processes or application tab to find which uninstall program is running. End the process and then perform the current uninstall/install task. Sounnds like you have a pending uninstall that is not going to completion.

Try Revo Uninstaller

Go and try to uninstall somthing, and then go to task manager, and start force quitting random programs and hope it works

Does Google Earth appear in the add/remove programs?
