Progress bar color -- how to change?

OK, I had to revert my nvidia drivers to earlier state since blueray would not play with the latest beta (mobile) drivers, but now my progress bars are this SUPER intense green or some reason. Is there any way to change the color? Could some theme file be corrupted? Any suggestions??

Probably only by hacking a system dll.

I have no idea which one it would be.

You might be able to download some kind of software such as Windows Blinds that could do it. I don't use this software so I couldn't tell you which one though.
