Progress: Screenshot no longer works.

I daily took screenshots of my entire financial page, which included the part not showing. Then I would paste it into Irfanview graphics program.
Now, on a different W7 laptop, it will only copy the visible portion of the page. Can anyone suggest how to capture the entire page again?
