Proper Hardware Name?

I have WIN 7 RC installed and have a Lite-on DVD/RW. When I go into properties-hardware tab it lists the drive as : ATAPliHAS120 6

Not LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW 1639S (This is actually the drive in my XP rig) Is this normal?

Normal if it works he, he! - dont loose any sleep if thats the case - go here and find your drive you might find something in specification that will put your mind at rest -

Actually thats just a technical name windows has assigned to it - it probably loads a driver for that type .
