Hi Guys ,,,,,I had just joined to dis fantastic site about win7

But i have a proplem in win 7

my edision of win 7 doesn't suppot themes + i cant find The Personalization bar

and i tryed to upgrade the windows , and there is no any choise to make this pic as background and when i download a theme it get me a error with:this edision of windows dosent support themes

What version do you have? If Windows doesn't support it, sorry, we will not try to hack it. Use third-party solutions as you want, but do not try anything illegal.

According to this chart, http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/14422-compare-windows-7-editions.html, Starter and Home Basic editions do not support aero themes. Ought to be some third party app for that though.
