How can you protect me against radiation? I feel tired if sitting infront of computer for only 1hour in a dry and hot day, in a rainy day I feel better.

sorry i don't know where to post this:)

Drink more water on hot, dry days and take more breaks. This isn't a "radiation" problem.

Tinfoil actually increases the radiation. You really need this:

Radiation_suit.jpg

what i expect is like this, but more:

1_ radiation strongest at the behind, then the left and right of computer, advoid showing it backs to anyone.
2_ water and this flower: Narcissus tazetta - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
can absort radiation so put some near the computer
3_ need to eat banana during using computer, it help add in vitamins lost while using computer
4_ wash your face in break reduce radiation on your skin
5_ open window because the smell of old computer is harmful

etc.... do you have somethingelse pls add in here

it is like that.

I think you are taking this all way to seriously and out of proportion, a computer does not emit enough radiation to be harmful even if you were to sit next to it for 50 years non-stop.

The problem you described in your original post, " I feel tired if sitting infront of computer for only 1hour in a dry and hot day" has nothing to do with radiation.

I like to don asbestos underwear.....yes I know I'm just trading issues but I also use special baptismal water which I sprinkle on them before wearing. I never eat around my rig but coffee and water are always near by. I wash my face twice a day but wash my hands every 10 minutes.......is that odd? The smell of my old far out smells the computer so that's a push in my book. I also like to spin in my office chair for 15 minutes or until I pass out but only counterclockwise as to slow the time and gravitational continuum.

How can you protect me against radiation? I feel tired if sitting infront of computer for only 1hour in a dry and hot day, in a rainy day I feel better.

sorry i don't know where to post this:)

HI Albert,

Studies claim that the electromagnetic radiation emtting out of your PC and its related parts like printers, modem and Wi-Fi devices can cause damages ranging from sleep disorders to allergic reactions to heart diseases.

Here are the ways in which you can minimize it ...

1) The first thing to do is to let go of your old PC, especially if it still has a CRT monitor. According to studies, the old box-shaped cathode-ray tube (CRT) computer monitors emit high levels of radiation.

LCD monitors relatively emits less radiation. According to reports, LCD screens create an EMF (Extremely Low Frequency) of 0.3 milligauss at 30 cm, from the front or back and practically nothing at the sides.

Reports also suggest that old computers release upto twice the amount of radiation compared to the new models developed using advanced technologies.

2) Attaching a radiation filter on the computer screen can also reduce the effect of computer radiation. Also, avoid placing any metal substances near your PC as they reflect electromagnetic waves.

3) Low on brightness
Set your computer screen brightness to a level that is comfortable for viewing. According to reports, the brighter the screen, the highest the radiation and vice versa. Also, make sure the screen brightness is not too low as it may be harmful for your eyes. An ideal viewing distance should be 50 to 75cm away from the screen.

4) To reduce harmful PC radiation you must decide where to place your system. It is advised not to place your computer's back overlooking someone sitting. According to studies, the computer's back releases strongest radiation while the front of the screen releases minimal radiation.

5) Get yourself a cactus
It might sound strange but this seems to work. According to reports, cactus plant has the property to absorb radiations. So putting the desert plant near your worskstation may help effectively absorb bad radiation.

6) The computer screen emit carcinogenic substances which can be extremely harmful for your health. This can be minimised by ensuring proper ventilation in the room. Also, putting a ventilated cooler/fan near your PC may help.

Also, frequently rinse your face to remove some electromagnetic radiation particles that may stick on your face while you are working on computer. Simply doing this can help you get rid of as much as 70% of radiation.

Hope the information mentioned above help the users . :)

About ten years ago when we had CRT monitor I used to fall asleep with my forehead resting against the screen. My head rested there until the point where my forehead actually burnt and this wakened me.

Sometimes the "scar" goes dormant, other times it goes flakey like it is now. At first I was frightened as to what might happen, we used to talk of cancerous emissions but thankfully so far the worst has been the flakiness which some vaseline like substance seems to control.

I would appreciate any suggestions from anyone on the forum which may help to clear this up. :sleepy:

i find the ezsiest solushun is to get one of my kids to use the compooter for me, this way i am safe from those dangrus radiashon emishuns .

its best to get them to do it outside with no sun cream on ,that way the compooter radiashun is less harmfool than the sun.
