Look at the right of the screenshot, keys are not displayed correctly, and that black line?
AA turned off, settings are on High, ATI 4890...

Any idea?

That's looks like an in-game setting issue. You'll have to play with those to figure what's causing the issue. Is it possible to post a screen shot of the game's display settings?
