PS/2 mouse and keyboard error

I have win7 x64

in tuneup Utilities pops up an error that there is something wrong with PS/2 Mouse and PS/2 Keyboard...
proplem is i'm using USB mouse and USB keyboard

this is making my computer so slow

Hello there, here's an advice:

Don't use TuneUp Utilities, it does more harm than fixes.

You'll find a lot of members here who share the same feelings about that particular program.

In BIOS, disable the PS/2 ports if you are not using them. Your crapware may simply be interpreting enabled but unused ports as "problems".

Punkster is spot on about TuneUp Utilities and that goes for any tuneup utility program. Win 7 is not XP. At best, tuneup utilities simply waste resources; at worst, they can hose your system.
