I would go w/Corsair. they make excellent PSUs.

Corsair outsources for their PSUs; Seasonic makes some if not most of Corsair's units and that's a good thing.

PSU's have red, Yellow, black and green wires. What's the orange and brown wires?

The New Temp PSU I Have has a 4+4 pin for CPU and my old one had only one 4 pin CPU connector and my motherboard has an 8 pin 12v EPS connector. Should I only use the 4 pin 12v with this PSU like the old one or use the whole 4+4 pin connector as this PSU has the the connectors?

Since the mobo has an 8 pin EPS socket, I'd use the 4+4.

However, there is no harm in just using a single 4 pin since you aren't overclocking or anything like that.
