Public Folders in 2007

Hi

So we have this user who had the ability to view public folders in outlook, now all of a sudden the public folder is not displaying in the folder list. When I go add the user's profile to another PC in outlook I am able to view the public folder. There is no permission problems. Is it possible that this user has a network issue?

Have them log onto another PC with their login and see of the problem is duplicated, if it is then the issue is more than likely in their account, if it is fine the issue is either on their PC's credentialing or network issue.
