Publishing OUtlook calendar on windows 7 with windows 10

We are attempting to publish our windows xp 7 outlook calendars, to be accessed by staff who use windows 10 outlook. Its not happening.

Will they ever be compatible? or do we have to upgrade to windows 10 on both sides?
